Cannot Access NAS in "Windows Network."

Post by Becketo »

OS: Windows 10 Version 21H (OS build 19043.1110 / Qnap TS 453 Pro

Hi Guys,

1. I created a new user with administrator privileges. To make a safer environment.
2. I disabled the "admin account," which I had been using for quite some time with my own password.
3. I can connect to my NAS by using Qfinder Pro.
4. It opens in my Chrome browser, and I can log into the NAS using my new credentials. (No problem)
5. The NAS icon shows up in my Windows Network, but I do not have access: \\Server name is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
This user can't sign in because the account is disabled.

The new user I created has all administrative privileges, so I cannot understand who is blocking my access.

Thanks in advance.
