Q'Center not reporting with QTS 5.0.0.1808

Q'Center not reporting with QTS 5.0.0.1808
After updating our fleet this week, the current version of Q'Center (1.12.1036) is not reporting Volume Status or Used Capacity on units which have received the QTS 5.0.0.1808 update. Is there anything which will fix this?

Not a solution, but I have the same issue, and have an open ticket with QNap that I'm waiting for a reply on. If there are no solutions posted here I will post their reply when I get it.

Hi
The ticket was escalated at QNap two weeks ago. Sent them a reminder today, will hold off upgrading other systems to QTS 5 while this issue is not resolved.

This is a known issue and support was able to reproduce in their test environment,
Issue was fixed in the new Q'Center version 1.12.2016 but no ETA yet when it is to be released.
When the new version is released, the Q'Center in your App Center will prompt for an update.
So, we wait

In addition to it not reporting with version 5, hero versions are also not supported.

New firmware (not released for Q'center yet) looks to solve this issue

Almost daily released new firmware with a lot of "not supported" messages within Q'center.
Maybe better to wait some weeks
