Configuration and status doesn't work normally?

Hi All,

I am managing a fleet of about 150 TVS-471 NAS boxes using 3 separate Q'center Servers.

I have configured alerts for 'Errors' under the Notifications section of each of the Servers; now I am receiving emails from several NAS boxes with the following information -
[Server][Abnormal] Collect NAS_NAME configuration and status mechanism doesn't work normally
Can anybody shed some light on what this error message means?

Hi All.

I have same issue with the error

How can I fix it and what does it mean?

Have you submitted a Helpdesk ticket to QNAP?

Did you recently change anything (upgrade QNAP FW to 4.3.x) which causes an impact to QCenter:
After updating the NAS managed by Q'center from 4.2.x to 4.3.x, the administrator of Q'center must input the password of each NAS to continue monitoring.

Thanks Trexx for your suggestion.

About my issue, after re-add QNAP Server to Q'Center (Removed Q'Center Agent on the QNAP client), the email with subject [Server][Abnormal]... has been gone.
