TS269 Pro - can't be seen on the Network

When turning on my QNAP this morning our PCs cannot see it at all. Windows indicates that it can't see the QNAP at all and the QNAP troubleshooter says that it might be a firmware issue. I have submitted a ticket but, as is ever the case, it is fairly urgent that I regain access - any help/sugestions appreciated. Peter
