rtrr configration issue

Hello Team,

I have Cisco nss322 and i install Qnap TS-259 and Current firmware version: 3.5.0 Build 0815T.

and i am try to configure RTRR . all the thing going proper but when i put the backup i get the error of permission and i gave the full permission of everyone in my source folder in server.

What have you tried to solve it???
How about upgrading to 4.2.6 build 20181026 and using HBS?

actually i have Cisco nss322 and i m try to configure auto-backup from my Server to nss322 but i have no idea about this so i
read the online and update my firmware wih qnap and i also configure FTP in my Server and try configure auto backup in nss using RTRR so i set the path of folder and start the backup so i got this error of permission. and today i try to give full permission to the folser and reconfigure and run the plan it working but few minute letter i get the error of failed backup.

IN this error this " Director is a folder and Ahead path is sub folder and i check the permission. Permission is ok
