Blank Screen in Security Counselor on 1st start after install

Hi,

First Security Counselor would not start. I removed and reinstalled it successfully, but the following problem symptom came after start:
Only Blank white screens appear instead of the application tabs. I have raised a ticket with screenshots.
Any solution idea?

Fixed with the latest upgrades. :)
