Not able to access via web browsers

Please can I get your advice on this?

From last week I am no longer able to access my NAS via web browsers outside of LAN no matter through the myqnapcloud link (http://.myqnapcloud.com:8080) or fixed IP address.

However I am still able to login myqnapcloud (https://www.myqnapcloud.com) and access the NAS via the Turbo System. The other QNAP apps such as Qfile and Qmanger appear to function properly as well outside of LAN.

I tried restarting the NAS and the router but it doesn't work unfortunately.

what exactly happens when you try?("does not work" is not very descriptive)

also make sure you install malware remover..as web exposed qnaps (like yours) are getting hacked left and right

I just meant the problem remains unsolved after I tried restarting the NAS and router.

that was not what I was asking for

you enter this address in your browser .. and then what?

- no login page (timeout?)
- login page loads but login is unsuccessful? (wrong password message or any other?)
- some other page loads? (e.g. router webinterface)
- world ends in fiery apocalypse?

"does not work" is not an error description

Ah sorry I misunderstood you.

It shows “This site can’t be reached” with an error “ERR_connection_times_out”.

I can’t even get to the login page.

You may try http://.myqnapcloud.com:8080 to see whether you could make a successful connection.

is the IP that this DDNS resolves to your current IP ?
