need service

I've submitted a helpdesk ticket on support.qnap.com. Usually they're pretty responsive, but this one has been lingering with no response for five days, and the one before that was two weeks. Are there ways to get better service?

Try email, socialmedia or phone ...those are the only ways to contact qnap

looks like it .. but you have to admit .. having endusers do your support for you is soo much cheaper (free) :S :wink:

*edit* .. I replied to a post about the US phone support disappearing .. I swear I am not crazy :mrgreen:

Thank you... I'll be trying the phone method today, I'm assuming it will be as fun as the other methods.
