Cannot install or update apps

Post by larbac »

Hi

Since yesterday, after the new firmware installation, I can't install or update the apps.
I always get the message that the Updates are temporarily unavailable. This happens in 3 QNAP that I admin.

Does anyone have any idea why?
Thanks

no idea, I would try rebooting your NAS's allow them to fully load all app again then try again.

Failing that, submit a ticket with QNAP to investigate your issues.

Do you have UPnP or port forwards from your Router to any NAS's on you inside network. just curious as there maybe something more sinister at play with all 3 NAS having the same behaviour, and no one else is experiencing this type of behaviour.

Hi

I have rebooted them already.
One of them is new (I'm preparing it for a new client).

One the them is connected on another network, and I'm accessing it remotely.
I have also tried to reinstall the latest firmware.

I have sent a ticket but they take 24h to reply. Sent it yesterday, today they asked me for the log. If I send the log, only tomorrow I will have answer and so on....

Just checked a 4th QNAP without the fw update and it is working fine. Gonna update to the latest fw version and check.

EDIT: 4th QNAP after update works fine....
