NAS cannot access Internet

I'm confused about a few things with relevance to internet access on my NAS between what I'm seeing on my NAS and what i'm experiencing.

Please refer to screenshot attached. The security counselor is saying that NAS has no internet access but my Network and Virtual Switch dialog shows internet icon on each adapter and the virtual switch. I can update apps and search for apps on QNAP app center but when I check for firmware update or access helpdesk app I get an error message that it cannot access internet. So not sure what's happening. Can you please help resolve this error?
