QNAP to Elephant Drive backup has stopped working
I have a TS-419 PII running 4.1.3. My Elephant Drive backup stopped working around the end of May. I've tried rebooting the server and stopping and starting the service. Backup Station reports that the NAS is logged in to elephant drive and the service is running. The Elephant Drive web site says my account is active and I have plenty of storage available. Any ideas?

I seem to be having the same issue, did you manage to resolve this?

Re: QNAP to Elephant Drive backup has stopped working
I am running a TS-453 Pro on 4.3.2 and am having a similar problem. I set up the ED backup in mid-November, had some initial difficulties getting the backup running but once I got it figured out, it backed up approximately 300GB of data from the NAS, no problem. However, since then nothing seems to be happening. I log in to the ED website and I can change the backup settings and everything seems to be good, but the files I have updated on the NAS unit since mid-November are not backing up to ED.
I am also backing up my iMac to the ED website, as well as an iPad and an iPhone. These backups work perfectly.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
