Just installed ElephantDrive from app center.
Clicking open gives me a warning saying that the app doesn't support https. That's already a red flag, but I continue.
After that, I get a login page that asks me to login with my nas username and password. However it gives me an error saying that it's a Wrong username/password. It's not, because it's the same one I log into the nas and app center with in the first place.
The elephantdrive information to set up on qnap doesn't even mention a step where you're supposed to give your nas username/password: https://support.elephantdrive.com/hc/en ... p-on-QNAP-
Instead, it says that at this step you log in with your elephantdrive email/password (even shadier to do so over http). That doesn't work either.
Any idea?

I have exactly the same issue, as described. What has been the resolution to resolve this?

With the help of Elephantdrive support:
1. Remove the application, installed on your NAS
2. Then, install the application manually by following the following instructions: https://support.elephantdrive.com/hc/en ... rive-QPKG-
3. Double click on the Elephantdrive icon and fill out first the credentials of your NAS's admin user.
4. Last step to activate Elephandrive on your NAS: fill out the credentials of your Elephantdrive account.
