Schumaku. I have all ready tried CIFS and I was able to connect, but my issue is that Sonarr wants a mounting point like a Map drive in windows so that it can see it

Code: Select all

//192.168.0.7/media /home/pi/tank cifs username=admin,password=admin,_netdev,x-systemd.automount
if I use this then how can I get Sonarr to see the mounting point Tank. as a map shared. ?

I did read somewhere about creating a mounting point on the QNAP server and then mounting to that via Raspbain. - I will go and read up on this
Regards

Chris

Five by one ... /home/pi/tank is the mounting point on your RasPI, isn't it? No difference if it's mounted by NFS, CIFS, or whatever ...
