bash prompt and putty tweaking

@OneCD Which is the sh version in your QTS 4.2.6?
My OLD (working) has 3.2.0(269) while the NEW (non-working) has 3.2.57(1), exactly like the vQTS.

Horizontal scrolling / not scrolling works fine. So, this might not be related to the BASH version.

I was finally able to test via vQTS 4.3.5 - my testing showed some manually-set bind parameters had no effect and were ignored.

I've found a few posts describing this same "scrolling-when-it-shouldn't" behavior going back almost 20 years - there seems to be no common cause. I'm out of ideas.

Just saw this listed as a 'fixed issue' in the new QTS 4.3.6 release notes:

- OpenSSH command line interface would not start a new line when users entered a long NAS folder path.

Problem SOLVED, works perfectly with firmware 4.3.6.0993 (build 20190704).
