Hi,
we had a Pentest running on our Systems and now we need to restrict acces to the Export List of NFS which you can query with "showmount -e <IP>".
I read about a way of restriction on other Linux-System by adding a restriction to mountd in the file /etc/hosts.deny.
But when I try this at our QNAP, the file is deleted after each restart of the QNAP.
Is there any other way to restrict access to the Export List of the NFS-service?
regards,
S. Koenig
