Add dozen of IPs to exportfs

Post by JailBreak »

Hi all,

I am migrating some NFS shares from our NetApp to the QNAP.

In our NetApp NFS shares we have dozens of for ro, rw and root. I am trying to add them in the command line, because in the GUI for dozens of IPs this will take ages to finish. Adding also one by one in the exportfs file is also time consuming. We should do it in a command line.

I trying to do like I do in Netapp, but doesn't work.

Example:
exportfs sec=sys,ro=10.10.8.1:10.10.8.5,rw=10.10.7.1:10.10.7.5,root=10.10.10.6.1:10.10.6.5 /volume/nfs-share

This is just an example because the real one, has dozens of IPs for each ro, rw, and root.

Thank You
