Hi, I'm running QTS 4.3.3.0210 on a TS-451.
Ever since I upgraded to QTS 4.3.3 I've had a problem with Container Station. When I open it all I get is an animated "Loading" in the Container Station window (see attached picture). First level QNAP support have taken a look - and I'm now waiting for second level - but in the meantime I thought it worth asking for help/ideas via this forum.
I'm not a fluent Linux user, but I do know enough to be able to SSH in to the server
Ideas would be most welcome

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
I just updated my TVS-1282 today. Similar, but different, problem. When I start Container Station via the WebUI, I get a never-ending sequence of "Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the Docker daemon running on this host?" And, of course, it is. Going to App Center in the WebUI, I see it is running. I've stopped it and restarted it... same issue.

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
Same problem for me with QTS 4.3.3.0210 and Container Station 1.7.2415... White screen and loading animation...
Had some issues with CS in the past and the easiest/fastest solution is to install an older version of CS. I tried to downgrade to version 1.7.2320 (manually install http://download.qnap.com/QPKG/container ... 20_x86.zip) and for me, everything is working now

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
I allowed QNAP support to remote onto my server. They deleted and recreated network settings (via Network and Virtual Switch). Today I updated to the latest firmware.
One of those things fixed my issue. It may have been the reboot which "picked up" the changed network settings. Or it may have been the firmware. I did not reboot after QNAP's remote support, so the issue may have been fixed then. I did try Container Station after remote support and it was not working at that point.

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
Thanks for the solution, my CS was behaving exactly like that, and throwing me too the following error:[Network & Virtual Switch] The system has detected that the network configuration has been damaged and has been repaired automatically. Please restart the Container to restore the associated package.jvd_nl wrote:Same problem for me with QTS 4.3.3.0210 and Container Station 1.7.2415... White screen and loading animation...

Installing the previous version solved the problem.
And now I ask if no tests were made before pushing the update, are we users of QNAP guinea pigs to the software now? I'm seriously considering going to Asustor for my next NAS.

I have the same problem.
The old version qpkg provided here did not work for me.

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
I'm experiencing similar issues. I access the NAS via https and I notice in the developer console in the browser that there is a mixed content warning:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://mydomain.here/cgi-bin/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://mydomain.here:88/container-stati ... ation-1219&'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Seems container-station is trying to load though http (port 88) even though the server is accessed via https. If I login via http://mydomain.here:88 then container-station loads ok. So somewhere it has stored an absolute URL that "locks" in to http.

Have you submitted a QNAP Helpdesk ticket? Easiest way it so leverage the Helpdesk application right loaded with QTS.Norin wrote:I have the same problem.

Re: Container Station - loading - never ends
This is great information that would be even better as included in a Helpdesk ticket so that hopefully QNAP could resolve the issue in a future release as this is a community support forum.paaland wrote:I'm experiencing similar issues.
