I have a new ts-251 with 4.3 with 8 GB RAM but the browser station says:
Unable to open the browser.
The system is not responding due to insufficient memory or network issues. Click "Retry" to open the browser again. Click "Report" to download the report for more information. You can also send this report to QNAP for further support.

error: cannot be opened: system is busy (ready: set(['novnc', 'qnap', 'x11vnc']))

I found out - with admin user its working. With an other user (in admin group) not. May be a right problem.
