Container Station Error - Unable to access container-station-data folder

Post by CaMiX »

NAS Model: TS-873A
Firmware: QuTS Hero h5.0.0.2069
Container Station: V2.6.0.483

Installed Container Station and when I try to run it I get an infinite loading with the the following error message:

Unable to access container-station-data folder
Failed to create new folder.

Anyone know what might be causing this problem? See attached screenshots for error messages.

I have tried to reinstall it several times and it always tries to initialize setup to '/Container' (uneditable path). I then click on the I click 'Start Now >' button and Container Station then throws the same screenshotted error that I have posted at the start of this thread.

Thanks that fixed my issue. I wish the error message was a little more informative as to letting a user know that a share should be manually created if it doesn't already exist.
