now one of WD Disks give me error.i want to replace it.but i can not find it.in the website i have found hard disks that are compatible with QNAP 469URP.one of compatible hard disks is Seagate ST33000650NS and ST3000NM0033.

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.
