Is the 6TB drive limit on the subject box still the max? Is this a limitation of the hardware vs. the software.
Is the WD red (or red pro) still the best option? I need to replace a 6TB Drive and was hoping to push up to the 8 TB but maybe it doesn’t work on the 471.

what is a subject box limit ?
if you mean disk size, there is no such limit on the CAT2 471 .. why would you think that ?

Re: TVS-471
That info-graphic does not show a drive capacity limit of 6TB.
It does mention support for 6Gbps drives, but this is an interface speed, not a capacity.
