WD40EFZX in a TS-212?

Hello,
One of the 2 x Seagate ST4000VM000 in my TS-212 is now experiencing problems after something like 10 years, so I would like to replace the 2 disks with Western Digital disks.
The configuration is mirroring.

The compatibility list states the WD40EFRX is compatible with the TS-212, but I can only source the WD40EFZX, apparently a more recent device of the same class.
It is rated as NAS disk but is not in the compatibility list.

I cannot expect Qnap to test compatibility for obsolete NAS models, so does anybody know of possible incompatibilities of the WD40EFZX in a TS-212?
