Cannot use ...nothing is displayed except "search"

Hi,
I've installed Plex Home Theater but when i start it, it only shows a lot of "search" items on the left and nothing more.
Any idea?

go left on your remote and login. There's also a few other settings there.

The problem is that when i touch the mouse (after starting the app), it disappear and i cannot do anything...

have you tried only using the keyboard?

no...no keyboard at the moment....i'll try as soon as possible...
I think if there's a way to delete some config files...(already tryed removing and reinstalling...no way...)
