PMS doesn't work properly

Hello guys,

Currently I'm abroad and apparently I got a sudden shut down of the NAS. After re-starting it (working in remote) I noticed that my Plex Media Server was no longer working. I tried to start/stop but nothing, same story rebooting it. So I also tried to uninstall/install it again with different versions 1.2/1.3/1.4 but no way. When I launch it I get always this screen (here attached).

What can I do to fix this issue?
