I just upgraded my QNAP TS-469L to QTS 4.3.3.0154 and then installed PlexMediaServer_1.5.6.3790-4613ce077_x86_64.qpkg. I removed the previous version of Plex first unfortunately so had to re-add libraries and re-configure settings.
Now every time Plex gets restarted:
If I don't refresh the web interface at https://serverip:32400/web I am presented with a message: "An unclaimed media server has been found on your network. Claim it now"
If I refresh the web interface at https://serverip:32400/web I am presented with the setup screen.
If I go to Plex on my Android app after a restart it says: PLEXNAME is unclaimed and insecure.
My libraries and metadata are all there but my settings are lost.
PMS has to be Setup after every restart with QTS 4.3.3.0154 and PMS 1.5.6.3790

Fixed!
I did a couple things:
There was a Reddit post by someone who had the same issue of having to claim PMS after every restart. They said to delete all files in /PlexMediaServer/Library/Plex Media Server/Cache so I did that.
I also assigned the QNAP to a static IP then restarted it.
Plex came up already claimed and all my settings were there. I also have my Channels back. Scanning seems to be working fine so far.
