Hi there,
I was originally on the Plex forum, and they directed me here. After installing PMS on my TS-251+, I am unable to claim the server. Each time I try, it says there is a problem logging in. I can load media onto the server, but metadata does not download.
I have checked and made sure that the DNS server matches my routers. Please help me resolve this issue. I am on the latest versions of both QTS and PMS.

1st - I would upgrade your QTS version to 4.3.3 b262. The VERY early build of 4.3.3 you are running had many issues.
2nd - Is you QNAP using static or DCHP for NW configuration. Have you tried rebooting your router lately to resolve?

Sorry for the delay in responding:
1. I have upgraded to 4.3.3 b262 - problem persists
2. It is using static IP address. Rebooting router has not resolved the issue.
