plex slow access to library

hello i have a qnap ts-453a since 1 year
from 2 months i added a folder in my library of my videos of my hobby... about 200 files.
from that day... when i launch qnap from TV by HDMI output of 453A... plex loading faster, "but it request several time to show library content".
my film collection are with 30 films... (not many)
my qnap has 4 GB RAM
do you think that with 8 GB RAM this problem will be solved?
