The only way to do that will be that you have to manually edit the OVPN file from your VPN provider.

Once you have the edited .OVPN file, then you can use that modified version and setup your VPN client on QNAP with it.
The reddit bit I followed and got it right I think except where to put it?
I put it at the very bottom (just pasted on the end) of the 2 ovpn I use and saved as new names.
They connected but Plex did not....
Tried on/off port forwarded - every option and combination I could come up with... failed.
