Plex not accessible after update

I'm using plex since years
yesterday, after about 1 year, I did the update to 1.18.7
I've a QNAP TS469L
Since that moment, even if in the QNAP web page I see that plex is active, I can't access to the webpage nor connect with clients

Any suggestion about how to proceed to make it working again?

I own 2 BIG Qnap NAS (as per below)

Since 1.8.8.2468 (29th feb) both have been having issues and Plex not opening.
Stopped, started several times
Went back 3 versions - everything failed.
Then one started working then the other.
Currently #1 box is working.
I do not know what is/was causing the crashes..

HI, Did you get this issue fixed? Since the last 3 QTS updates I cannot reach Plex either and looking for help.

plex is rock solid here (951x 4.4.2) on latest beta build plex channel (1.19.5.3035)

thats the player..not the server
