[HELP] Plex is dead

hi,

I use plex for years and updates from the official website since Qnap package is outdated.
Then it stoped worked after few days: I tried to:
-Stop-Start the app: doesn't work despite see it running in the app center.
-Removed installed the app store version: doesn't work.
-Reinstalled the latest official app from PLEx: doesn't work.

Any ideas or hints?

NAS model?
Firmware and Build?

I have a 951X on 4.4.1. 1216 and Plex works fine (Plex Server Version is 1.18.8.2527)

Look at the Plex Log Files for Clues.

TS250-C
QNAP 4.3.6.1218
Plex latest build from Qnap store.

Plex from QNAP store is outdated .. that's why you need to state versions not just "latest"

Download QPKG from Plex website and check again
