for 3085U only SSH fwupdate worked out

Please MUST have all data backup before updating firmware!

1.Please help to update to 2.1.1_v7 sp2 first(Yours is 2.1.1_v7)
https://download.qnap.com/Storage/QES/E ... v7_sp2.zip

Then update to 2.1.1_v8 sp1 again
https://download.qnap.com/Storage/QES/E ... v8_sp1.zip

If WebGUI doesn’t work, please try SSH to NAS and try below update command:
#fwupdate start /share/share1/ES-SINGLE.img

2.Please schedule a downtime for us to help you scan all the files to avoid a know issue happen

3.Then update to latest 2.1.1_v9
