ES1640dc v2 remote syslog [SOLVED]

Hi guys,
Ever since I upgraded my QNAP ES1640dc v2 to the latest version (2.1.1.0261 build 20200211), it stopped sending logs to my remote syslog server.
Has anyone experienced this behavior? Do you know how to get around this error?

QES-experience is very limited in the forum so report it to
Qnap support. It sound very much like a bug and if so, only they can fix it.

You can try SSH commands
syslog status
syslog connect enable
syslog connect disable

Hi all,
Thanks for your contributions. In the end, it turned out to be a firmware issue.
After the last firmware upgrade (ES-DUAL_20200303-2.1.1.0285), this subject was resolved.
