es1640 v2 Firmware update still shows rebooting

Post by chrwood »

I have 1 1640vs full of sas 15k drives and one of the expasion modules. No complaint about that but I am trying to get to the 2.1.1 firmware from 1.1.4 and it's been on the rebooting scroll tab for 3+ hours, does that seem correct? I have 5tb in one and 10tb in the expansion.

Reboots are normal after a firmware update. Though staying on reboot screen for longer than about 10 minutes is not normal

If you are still having problems best to raise a support ticket directly with Qnap
