Hello all,
I'm trying to determine if I can switch to QES from QuTS Hero for a TS-h1886XU-RP.
Been having issues with Enterprise SED drives not being in Hero and I was curious of my options.
Thanks!

Hello dolbyman,
Ok. I'll try calling them then... Support is painfully slow to respond to tickets.
Might you happen to know what the best forum to post questions related to Hero and SED drives might be? I posted onto someone's unanswered thread with the same symptoms under System & Disk Volume Management, but there were no replies.
Thanks!

As the forum is not visited by QNAP, service tickets would be your best chance
Well...presales is attended by one QNAP(QNAPdanielFL) guy..so post there (Presales..pretending to be interested in buying) or on Reddit
Both are answered by the same person

Hello dolbyman,
Well, I was looking to post here to see if the collective knowledge might be able to help. Support hasn't been helpful; I've had a ticket open for over a week. I finally pushed yesterday on the phone and got back a response that the drives I have are not on the compatibility list and thus they are unwilling to help...
Thanks!
