QIoT & myqnapcloud - MQTT unavailable

Post by leandre » Fri Apr 03, 2020 7:34 pm

Hello every one,
I started to use QIoT because it seems interesting. There is a lots of stuff included.

I try to use the MQTT server but I have some problems : My QiotSuite is reachable with my myqnapcloud adress, I just add "/qiot" at the end.
In the .JSON file, when i want to connect a device through MQTT, there is this line : "myqnapcloudHost": "Not Available",

In QIoT suite, Settings>Administrative settings I Have this :

When I press the button "update myqnapcloud adress" there is a warning that talk about reenrolling my devices, then :

I add NAT rules for all the ports mentionned here :

I don't understand, I need your experience.
