Qiot installation and the ts251+

I am trying to download and install Qiot from the AppStore but keep getting an error message saying port "1883 is already occupied". What am I doing wrong and what can I change or where can I look to see what is using it and how do I get round this problem? I have looked around and cannot not seem to find a solution. At the same time it also says software installed but it isn't anywhere to be seen because of the port error message.

I'm new here so hopefully I've not posted in wrong places or repeating an old question.

Do you have Joombla! installed, as well? If so, remove it. Two apps that I know conflcit with QIoT is Joombla! and Virtualization Station. I would remove them, including QIoT, reboot, then try installing QIoT, only.
