QNAP NAS Community Forum

Hi all,

I've just update Qiot suite lite to version 1.1.298 and, unfortunately, I'm not able to open tab rules of my IoT application: it's simply empty.
I tried to export and import again the application , but import fails.
I have an export made several weeks ago which works fine but it's too old!
Is there anybody with the same issue?

I would suggest opening a Helpdesk ticket with QNAP.

I opened a ticket but they don't provide support for this application, not directly.
I downloaded the previous version of Qiot: I'm going to check if I can recover my application in some ways.

Just a question: in my case I used a dashbord but not the Qdashboard elements, I avoided to use it due several bugs I found. Is it the same for you? I suppose he update could be wrong not finding qdashboard elements.

I also opened a ticket.

I don't use qdashboard or dashboard.

I use it only for mqtt and my home automation .

Support started a remote connection to my qnap server , and i wait.....

I have two different qnap systems. I installed the previous version on one of it,I re-opened my project and I re-made the entire application on the latest version, copying manually every node.
I didn't find any other way.....

Any screenshot about your current node ?
