How to define ESP32S thing in an application

I'm trying to do my first IoT application with a demo to send MQTT message from a ESP32 to QioT Suite.

When I'm creating things of application I don't know how to define the conexion the connection setup. ¿Is It necessary?.

I don't have saw any demo with this parameters filled for a ESP32 thing.

Anybody know how is it.
