ui_base missing Where did the dashboard nodes go?

I wanted to use the MySQL node so I followed the qnap instructions on how to do that via terminal. After the successful install I stopped my app and then restarted it. After doing this I tried to start my app and when I opened the rules section I got an error that the ui_base node was missing? Plus, all the node-red dashboard type nodes are gone. What happened? I ended up rebuilding the app and it works fine but I’m not sure what happened and also don’t know what happened to all the dashboard nodes.
