QuMagie Hidden Folder setting and showing .Qsync

Hello,
Do anyone know what is the use of QuMagie-> Settings-> Edit Hidden Folders option. Mine is coming empty.
Also, any idea at admin logon how to see all users \homes\*\.Qsync\photos.
After adding the path in admin I am able to see if l logon to individual users, But is there a way to show all users photo is list in admin itself. Currently in admin its coming blank.
