This morning I awoke to find my qnap tvs-871-i7-16G-US would not power up. I still get lights on the network cards, but the system will not boot. I have owned it for less than a year. I purchased it through Qnap on Amazon. What should I do to move forward? Will Qnap replace the power supply? Do I buy a new power supply? What is going to be my fastest option to be up and running again?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I have the TVS-671 and the PSU died after barely 3-4 months of use.
Same behaviour you're describing.
I think it hadn't enough space to breath in the tv stand l.
I had to send the whole NAS and wait for a month though.
That ** psu costs over 100€ in the qnap site..
