a few that come to mind
- server rack (optional, but worth it if u want to keep things tidy and centralize your networking gear)
- ethernet wiring through the premises, so u can have ethernet reach other rooms. depending on ur use case, i may recommend this if ethernet performance matters to u. Cat6a?
- wireless ap. latest standard is wireless 6e, ur milleage may vary depending on client device support though
- solid router. pfsense?
- if remote access is required, then vpn server setup either on router (pfsense?) or raspberrypi (pivpn? tailscale?)
- nas (to store all your media so it's available on the lan network. safe for lan, but if remote is required, then use a vpn and configure it properly)
- ups in case of accidental or other unintended power interuptions.
- a backup solution (highly recommended). one on site, and optional though recommended if within budget another offsite.
