Hi all,
I have a username registered to an emailaddress, but forgot the password.
When using the forgot password link, filling in the username and emailaddress, I never get an email; however if I try to register a new user to this email, it is stated that the emailaddress is already in use.
How to solve this?

You forgot to mention where all this is happening. On this forum? On your NAS? On your TV? Which service?

What are we talking about ? QNAP online account or annactual account on the NAS ?
- if any QNAP account issue, open a ticket
- If a NAS account, reset the password via admin (if you forgot the admin account pw, do a 3 second reset)
