Have this issue on my TVS-871 with 16GB RAM running QTS 5.0.1.2173.
Just removed SSD Profiling tool.
df now shows:
/dev/md13 417.0M 413.3M 3.7M 99% /mnt/ext

TS-873 new firmware hasn't helped me. Only just started getting the error message today.
df -h shows this time /dev/md9 /mnt/HDA_ROOT full
No network connection after restart and I'm unable to log in into QTS even after reset without disks.
https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/faq/arti ... t-can-i-do didn't help, impossible logon via SSH.
Guys, how to reflash TS-873? I'm unable to find it in https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/faq/arti ... -based-nas
There is only TS-873A or TS-873U.
I'm Going Slightly Mad...

Same error for me with a TS-451D2 from a couple of days.
Last firmware (QTS 5.0.1.2173) installed on 2022/10/05.
Uninstalled Helpdesk and SSD Profiling Tool to save some MBs but doesn't solve the problem at all.

You created a ticket at QNAP support?
The more are complaining the more QNAP will take care about the issue (hopefully).

Re: A System Failure Occurred (I am just complaining)
The latest update (QTS 5.0.1.2194) freed up some space: now the usage of /mnt/ext has dropped to 93% (from 99-100%).

Re: A System Failure Occurred (I am just complaining)
I an on 5.0.1.2346 on my TS-453D and am now getting this error as well. I suppose I don't mind it if it's not screwing anything else up. I have all the apps I need and nothing I don't. I would however like it to go away.
