New QNap 431 install. Can't logon

Hi

As the title says I've just got this NAS & followed the setup instructions but that's it.
I can not log on to the unit.
Unless someone can help me I think I have to start again but I am at a loss as to why I need to do this.

http://nas.ip:8080 with default username admin and password admin does not work?????

It did not like my password that I set up so I did a reset back to admin user.
