Hi
I changed my ISP provider, therefore, changed the router from TP-Link TL-WR740N to Netcomm NF10WV. after this change, my QNAP NAS (TS-251+, QTS 4.2.3) can not be connected. Windows Qfinder Pro can ** up the device after restarted, but will be lost very soon. I tested, the old router TP-LINK is working ok, but without internet. any suggestion?
connection problem after change ISP/router?

Hi
This is fixed. because of security setting up.
With the previous router, I set up the access to QNAP device limited to certain ip addresses, such as local ones 192.168.0.*.
the range of ip address in the new router is 192.168.20.* that' causes problems
