QNap rebooted lost configuration file...

HELP


Today Qnap TS419P II rebooted it self?? once it had rebooted I could not logon had to run qfinder pro.

This is the system message I have?

OMG I'm sick to my stomach!!

I Have removed all 4 single drives just incase No Raid drives.....
Firmware Version of Qnap 4.2.5,
MacOS 10.12.4

Please help me I don't want to lose my files

there is not x15 ... and no 9 drive bay units (915)

do you mean 419p ?

can you log on to the system via ssh ?


I think I dont need to mention how important backups are ..even more so when not running a raid

Are the HD's bakc in their scoket, and is the NAS running 24/7?
If so, a backupfile should be created every wednesday, if i am correct.

a config backup does not help when there is no volumes mounted

PLease follow up the recoomendation by dolbyman.
Raise a ticket to qnap.

I truelly thought that a config file should bring you back online, but i am totally wrong.
