Hi everybody, I am Stephane and I am a French speaking Canadian (I learn English since my 4th grade at primary school...not bilingual but...)
I currently own a Qnap TS-419U server since now maybe three years or something like that, I really that product, I have 4 drives of at least 2TB in it...
The firmware was up to date recently.
More about me personally...
I like to do projects like to repair old gasoline machines or engines, old computers or old electronics like vintage electric things...
I like every kind of music, or almost all...
I collect vinyl albums or Maxi vinyl discs (maybe I own more than 2000 of vinyls, startingin 70's and finishing in 2000's.
I like to learn new things like Arduino using and programming, Raspberry Pi, networks and servers...
I like to help people the most that I can by sharing my knowledge to other users in forums like in here...

You have come to the right place for knowledge about QNAP NAS and occasionally other off-topic stuff too (we do our best to stick to QNAP related though) and you will find some very knowledgeable people here who will try their best to help and guide us all.
If you don't know the answer to a question than that question is not silly, so search first on the forums which is top right of your screen, if you can't find what you are looking for locate the best forum thread and ask away.

rectification...I was sure it it a Qnap TS-419U, but the Qnap that I own is model TS-420U.

Like I said, I have aQNAP TS-420U Turbo NAS with four hard drives,
3 drives of 2TB and one of 3TB, the different one is because I am planning to upgrade my amount of space slowly...
The configuration is RAID for drive 1 and 2 in mirror and the 3 and 4 mirror too.
The installed apps in my QNAP NAS are:
