Having trouble for copying data from netgear to qnap

Recently i bought qnap 431p and i have around 12TB of data in my old NAS box which is net gear 104.I want to transfer old data(Net Gear) to my new NAS box(QNAP).
Which is the fastest way to copy all this data

NAS to NAS or Rsync are normally the best options over slow connections. RTRR have more features and capabilities but is better suited for fast (LAN-like) connections.
Nas to Nas and Rsync look the same to me !!
NAS to NAS is really rsync but optimized for when both source and destination are Qnaps. Rsync should be used when doing rsync to a non-Qnap destination.
