i understand the sentiment. i don't mind them diversifying, as long as it does not negatively affect the core models i'm personally interested in, more specifically qts support/longevity of firmware releases.

nice spot. i didn't notice. did they at some point announce the refresh for the x77 series with the newer gen ryzen cpu?

I don’t think they’ve announced anything yet. Could be one of those silent upgrades like on the TVS-x82 (SkyLake to KabyLake).

The QGD-1600P provably does not support vlan trunking - just like the rest of their devices.

It says VLAN and LACP in the specs via the GUI.
